A Touch of Brass
Brass is becoming one of the most popular choices in bathroom brassware. Brass can come in finishes that give the metal a different appearance, the most common being brushed, matt and polished. However, brass will change over the years depending on whether or not the material has been lacquered of unlacquered; lacquered brass is sealed and won’t age, whereas unlacquered brass naturally ages, it is often said to be a ‘living finish’. It adds a sense of character, giving the bathroom a sense of history.
