SHOWROOM MANAGER

You will be given a position in one of our beautiful showrooms. Full training and ongoing design support are provided to ensure that every West One Bathrooms team member achieves maximum success in their career.

Strong experience in bathroom design and sales is essential, along with a high commitment to customer service to join our award-winning Design team

The key to the role is to achieve sales targets at the required margin whilst supplying the customer with an inspirational service, in addition to managing 4-5 sales consultants within the showroom.

  • Meet, greet and direct customers around the showroom
  • Take leads for every customer contact
  • In a pro-active way, chase leads, quotations and order payment on a daily basis, keeping an up to date customer database
  • Provide the customer with detailed information and advice on the product
  • Be accountable for keeping yourself up to date with product knowledge
  • Build strong relationships with clients ensuring repeat business
  • Own customer problems, keeping them informed until a resolution has been found
  • Answer customer queries over the telephone, making sure the contact details are taken
  • Managing and motivating the other sales consultants to achieve their targets and margins

The ideal candidate will have a background working within the KBB sector within a sales environment and have experience of managing a high end showroom. An individual who won’t be fazed by selling ultra-high luxury bathroom products.

  • Creative individual with sound experience working in AutoCAD and/or Virtual Worlds 3D or other interior design software package.
  • Managerial experience of running a high end bathroom showroom
  • Enthusiastic with good administrative skills along with a strong flair for selling
  • High degree of self-motivation
  • Customer-focused, with a positive attitude and excellent communication and people skills
  • Good organisational skills and the ability to work on several projects simultaneously

DESIGN AND SALES CONSULTANT

You will be given a position in one of our beautiful showrooms. Full training and ongoing design support are provided to ensure that every West One Bathrooms Designer and Sales Consultant achieves maximum success in their career.

Strong experience in bathroom design and sales is essential, along with a high commitment to customer service to join our award-winning Design team

As well as a passion for inspirational design, we also require the following essential qualities:

  • Creative individual with sound experience working in AutoCAD and/or Virtual Worlds 3D or other interior design software package.
  • Enthusiastic with good administrative skills along with a strong flair for selling
    High degree of self-motivation
  • Customer-focused, with a positive attitude and excellent communication and people skills
  • Good organisational skills and the ability to work on several projects simultaneously
  • Salary is negotiable according to experience. Excellent package awaits the suitable candidate along with a generous commission scheme and uncapped earnings.
