La Fayette endeavors to keep alive the design integrity by ensuring a meticulous approach to the ball joints. The dimensions of each ball joint take into account the size of the tube. As a result, it does not appear to overpower the basic structure. Each joint is further enhanced by a ring which reinforces the authenticity of the design.
