Collection Cristal & Bronze by Franck Benito

For the first time and in order to give its cut-crystal accessories collections a new prestige, Cristal&Bronze decided to entrust its crystal signature to a renowned craftsman. Franck Benito was chosen to revisit the classic Cristal&Bronze ranges thanks to two contemporary crystal cuts which made his reputation: the “Nid d’abeilles” and the “Bambou” cuts.

In Franck Benito’s workshop patterns are transposed with a felt pen or a brush onto the crystal shape and cut with great precision by traditional sandstone or cork millstones. The control of this cut, called “freehand” enables fascinating effects of light, reflections and transparency.

The Maîtres Robinetiers de France present the Matt Soft Gold finish, perfect pairing for light materials, such as Carrara marble or white tiles, for a timeless bathroom.

Style

The craftsmanship behind the Soft Gold finish:

As with every surface treatment, the Matt Soft Gold finish is made in Cristal et Bronze workshops. It consists of a layer of one micron of 22 carat gold applied by electrolysis. Highly resistant to corrosion, this finish enables our products to keep their sheen for a long period.

Hémisphère Collection

Cristal&Bronze has joined forces with J.L Coquet to design its first-ever Limoges porcelain bathroom accessories collection. Partnering together, both manufacturers have given birth to a collection of bathroom accessories inspired by J.L. Coquet’s famous “Hémisphère” design. By reinterpreting Cristal&Bronze’s historical product lines, this novel collection embodies a distinctly contemporary design.

Obtaining a piece may take up to twenty processes, each involving both human hands and cutting-edge technology. Like the finest wines, the paste is refined in the factory’s cellars for up to three months. This sets the factory apart in the industry. J.L Coquet holds the “Porcelaine de Limoges” protected geographical indications status, as it makes all of its products in Saint-Léonard-de-Noblat.
