When using statement tiles in a bathroom, it’s important to consider the overall design aesthetic and choose tiles that complement the existing elements in the room. For example, a bold geometric pattern may work well in a modern bathroom with clean lines and minimalistic design, while a colourful tile with grout may be more suitable for a bohemian or eclectic style bathroom.
Pattern tiles can be used on a feature wall, as a backsplash behind the sink, or as a shower accent. It’s also possible to use statement tiles in a more subtle way by incorporating them into a smaller area such as a niche or recessed shelf as seen on the image below.
