Industrial Modernism:
The bathroom lends itself nicely to some of the key features of the modern contemporary aesthetic, such as the minimal matt white fittings with the brushed brass brassware that adds warmth and an elegant touch. To make the interior more industrial or masculine opt for gunmetal metallic finishes with a dark grey or black grouting for a dash of urban style. The interior decor is quite minimal with the exposed concrete and black framing.
The industrial part of this interior comes from the heavy-duty lighting – taking inspiration from those used to illuminate factories. Classic bulkhead lights are ideal for the bathroom as they are designed to be tough enough to withstand water and can be ceiling-mounted so are space saving too.
