Job Title: Contract Specification Manager – Bathrooms

Location: London

Package: Competitive basic (DOE), Commission, bonus & benefits

 

 Established since 1978, West One Bathrooms Ltd remains a family-run business and due to our continued growth means we now need to add further talent to our Contract Sales Team by hiring an exceptional Contract Specification Manager to develop business in the South East and London. You will need to be experienced within the Bathroom sector and have a track record of developing the market at all levels with Developers, Hotels and Commercial Contracts.

 

Job Purpose:

·         To gain market share/increase specifications across all client Brands within the Bathroom Sector

·         Ensure managed and controlled communications from point of specification through to supply chain consisting of Architect, Designer, Developer/Contractor/Sub-Contractor and Manufacturers

·         Achieve budgeted sales and specification targets.

 

Job Responsibilities and Major Activities:

·         Target key opportunities in within the region and implement strategy to deliver increased specifications and growth

·         Create and build relationships with key staff of existing and new clients

·         Manage and utilise contract support terms to maximise increased specifications/gross margin and increased market share

·         Establish relationships and target opportunities with nominated Contractors

·         Create and build relationships with key contract staff within relevant Manufacturers

·         Originate and track specifications through to order placed, managing pricing and both client and customer relations/expectations through the process

·         Effective management of Contract Reporting and Customer Records (CRM/Contract Intranet forms/Monthly reports)

·         Effective communications with client internal supply chain in relation to forecasting and contract business requirements

·         Report all targeted activity and results in a structured format to the UK Contracts Director

·         Operate as an integral member of Contracts team

·         Gather market intelligence and liaise with Contracts Director to realise marketing opportunities

 

Key Deliverables:

·         Achieve budgeted targets and sales.

·         To maintain regular contact with contract client and identify potential new opportunities

·         To work to agreed territory plan and set objectives/timeframes

·         All contracts secured along with quarterly performance to be recorded on the contract intranet/CRM

SALES CONSULTANT

Location: Tunbridge Wells Showroom

Responsible to: Showroom Manager

Salary:  Salary negotiable on level of experience, + Commission, + Bonus Uncapped earnings and a generous package

 

The successful candidate must have previous bathroom sales experience, as well as the following essential qualities:

·       A strong flair for selling with a high degree of motivation Customer-focused, a positive attitude and superb people skills

·       Professional, articulate and presentable at all times

·       Able to negotiate effectively and communicate at various levels, including some high net worth clients where discretion and a high level of professionalism is essential

·       Good organisation skills and ability to multi-task

·       Design experience (not essential, however useful)

·       Self-motivated and career driven

 

Main Duties:

Your key responsibility within role will be to offer clients an inspirational and memorable experience whilst also achieving sales targets set.

·       Meet, greet and direct customers around the showroom and offering first class hospitality 

·       Follow-up on leads, quotations and order payment on a daily basis 

·       Provide the customer with detailed information and advice on various world renowned luxury bathroom brands offered 

·       Build strong relationships with clients in both trade/retail to generate repeat business 

·       Take responsibility for any customer concerns, keeping clients informed until a resolution has been found

·       Exceptional telephone manners

·       Ability to grow own business and be pro-active by approaching new/old trade clients to generate new leads 

·       To offer where required our design service to clients that need more inspiration and planning support
